Nexus@Nine is an opportunity for all to come and connect. Nexus@Nine is intended to be participatory. To be there is to help read the Scripture passage for the day. To be there is to be called upon to help with the prayer. To be there is to be called upon to answer a question, or even ask a question. Nexus@Nine is a simple, take part, time of worship with someone singing with a guitar. Of course, “decently and in order” as we Presbyterians do, but with a heart open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Has the Spirit ever stirred you to get better connected through Christ? Perhaps it’s time. Join us at nine.
To provide various educational opportunities for adults, youth, and children is the objective of Christian education. Children and youth are provided classes based on age groups, and adults may choose to attend any of the adult classes. While most classes are held Sunday morning at 10:00 AM during the school year, other opportunities are provided throughout the week. PFPC members, friends, and guests are all welcome to attend classes as they wish.
Our traditional worship experience centered on the Scripture. Our service is respectful of tradition, in touch with today, while preparing the participant for what is to come. Our attitude reflects that we firmly believe Christ desires a relationship with you.
A nursery, staffed by adults from the congregation, is available on Sunday mornings and children’s activity boxes are available in our sanctuary. Our hope is to offer a worshipful experience for all.
